Thai Green Curry


  • 1kg of diced chicken (can use any protein source)

  • 2x shots “Five Taste” Thai Green Curry shots

  • 1 x can light coconut milk

  • Veggies of choice – beans, peas, broccoli, capsicum etc

  • Crushed garlic

  • Brown onion

  • Chilli (optional for extra spice)

  • Basmati or brown rice (can also use cauliflower rice)



  1. In a heated frying pan, cook garlic and diced onion

  2. Add chicken and cook until white all over

  3. Once cooked, add 2x Thai green curry shots and mix through

  4. Pour 1 can of light coconut milk and stir through

  5. Add chilli (optional)

  6. Add veggies of choice, mix through and place lid on top to let simmer for 10-15mins

  7. Serve with your choice rice
