 Super Green
Summer Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 20g of Protein Powder of choice

  • 1 x frozen banana (80-100g)

  • 1 x mango cheek

  • 1 x handful of spinach

  • 1 x handful of kale 

  • 1/2 a zucchini 

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon 

  • Ice & Water

  • (You could also add raw oats to make it a more filling breakfast smoothie!) 

 

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a Nutribullet, blender or ninja style blender until mixture is completely smooth

  2. Pour over ice and drizzle with honey on top
