Banana Bread


  • 3 x organic eggs

  • 2 x cups raw quick oats

  • 3 x medium ripe bananas

  • 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup

  • 1 x teaspoon baking soda

  • Sprinkle of ground cinnamon



  1. Pre heat oven to 180°C. Set aside a non stick 9x5 inch loaf pan. (If you do not have a non stick pan, lightly grease a loaf pan of the same size with cooking spray).

  2. Add all ingredients into a blender & blend into a smooth batter.

  3. Pour batter into the prepared pan.

  4. Garnish with some thinly sliced banana & cinnamon.

  5. Cook in the oven for around 30-40mins (depending on oven) or until a skewer comes out clean.

  6. Set aside until completely cool & store in an air tight container in the refrigerator. 

  7. Serves 8
