Chilli Pesto Chicken Pasta



  • 1kg Chicken breast (raw) – can also use any sort of protein source

  • Pasta of choice

  • 3 handfuls of basil leaves

  • ¼ cup pine nuts

  • juice of half a lemon

  • 2 tablespoons of oil of choice (olive or coconut)

  • Sprinkle of chilli

  • Himalayan salt & cracked pepper

  • Crushed garlic

  • Brown onion

  • Spinach leaves



  1. Blitz all ingredients (except pasta and chicken) together until smooth

  2. Put pasta on to cook

  3. Dice up 1kg of chicken into small pieces and stir pesto mix through

  4. In a wok or frying pan, add garlic and diced onion and cook until transparent

  5.  Add the pesto coated chicken and cook until golden brown

  6. Once cooked, add the cooked pasta and stir through

  7. Add chill, salt & pepper to taste

  8. Mix through spinach leaves & Serve
