Spaghetti Bolognese 


  • Lean Chicken/ Beef/ Turkey/ Pork Mince (may Also use Tofu)

  • Val Verde Passata Sauce

  • Tinned Diced tomatoes

  • No sugar BBQ Sauce

  • Crushed garlic

  • Brown onion

  • Chilli

  • Mixed herbs

  • Himalayan Salt & cracked Pepper

  • Greens of choice

  • Pasta of choice



  1. In a heated frying pan, brown off diced onion and minced garlic

  2. Once onion in cooked add your choice of protein and cook until brown

  3. Add ¾ jar of Passata Sauce, tinned tomatoes, sugar free BBQs sauce and stir through

  4. Sprinkle with desired amount of chilli, mixed herbs and Salt & Pepper

  5. Add greens of choice and let simmer for 10-15mins

  6. Once everything has cooked down, add to pasta and enjoy!
