1 x whole egg
3 x egg whites
Blend all ingredients together until texture is smooth & batter like.
Heat non-stick fry pan and cook pancake until bubbles appear on the surface. Turn and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes or until cooked right through.
Repeat with the remaining mixture.
** You may need to add coconut oil or spray between each pancake depending on your pan.
Top with chopped strawberries & banana & drizzle with ‘Queens’ Sugar Free Maple Syrup
