Chocolate Chia 



  • 90g organic banana

  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon of organic cacao powder

  • Dash of vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds

  • 100g of organic coconut yoghurt (optional)

  • Granola of choice (optional)



  1. Add banana, cacao powder, vanilla extract, honey and almond milk into a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Pour liquid into a mason jar or glass and mix in the chia seeds

  3. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes before whisking once more

  4. Place in fridge for 2 hours (or overnight) to set

  5. Once pudding is set, top with your favourite ingredients!
    I have used Organic Coconut yoghurt and finished with Granola!
